This matrix allows to obtain a comparative vision from regarding the competition. What is intended is to determine in which areas the company is superior equal o less their competitors. It is, therefore, a relative evaluationbasically comparative, not absolute.
The first step is to select the criteria to be used to make the comparison; the ones we include in the matrix are for example.
