In this Diploma Work a review is made of everything that exists regarding the subject of cocktails in the world and traditional, typical or classic cocktails in Cuba. From the origin of the mixtures of the different drinks and liqueurs to the development of the cocktail in the United States as a result of the Dry Law and how it came to Cuba.
The presentation and description of the entire methodological and investigative process that was used to obtain the required information and with the result of this determine the possible solutions to the problem posed.
Then the conclusions are presented in order to propose or recommend solutions, so that in the future they can be applied. All the results obtained through the research process are shown.
Therefore, in this Diploma Work we intend to unify criteria on which are the classic, typical or traditional Cuban cocktails and standardize the technological charts for their preparation.
