We understand by disrupting the action of removing the dishes to the diners from a table when they have finished eating the food. Normally the diner will leave the cutlery together and towards the center of the table, this is a behavior by which the person who serves understands that the diner has finished. The table is entered from the right of the diner and the plate is removed with the right hand.

As in all these techniques, the exceptions will be marked by the specific and coherent situations or circumstances that may arise and in which we will inevitably have to apply common sense and consequently the exception. Dishes with food remains carried in the left hand, should be as far away from the diner as possible.
